Delivery

Although we do our best to ship by the most rapid and economical means possible (almost always within one business day), please allow a minimum of 10-15 business days for delivery. For more details please see our Customer Service Policy. We DO NOT offer rush delivery, because the providers will not guarantee any faster delivery for the additional fee, which is typically $35.00.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charge for orders up to $99.99 is $9.00. Shipping/handling charge for orders over $100.00 is $11.00. For more details please see our complete Customer Service Policy.

International Customers

We are not licensed to ship outside the United States, and can only accept orders with both billing and shipping addresses within the 50 United States and military postal addresses. Canadian shoppers may contact Pure Herbs J. B. Ltd. at HerbesPures.com/en/ reach.aspx or Natures Sunshine Products of Canada at NaturesSunshine.ca for the name and address of Canadian distributors of these products.

Please input the word(s) that you would like to search for in our product database. You may search by product number, product name, by any ingredient in the product, by a particular body system (e.g., intestinal, circulatory) or organ (e.g., heart, liver), by a particular ailment (e.g., headache, chest pain, stress), or by any other word in our database (e.g., kosher, kids, weight). Experiment a bit, and you will be pleasantly surprised at the results. Unless otherwise specified, all Nature's Sunshine products come in bottles of 100 capsules or tablets, and all Pure Herbs products come in bottles of 4 fluid ounces.

To search for Pure Herbs Combinations

Because the "Alphabet Soup" naming conventions of many of the Pure Herbs combination products is so cumbersome, we have put special "search keys" in our database for these products. To search for these products, simply omit all the punctuation and spaces from the product name and put an "at sign" (@) in front of the initials in the "search" field. For example, to find L.A.S.-J.B. you would enter @LASJB; to find M. & B.-A you would enter @MBA. We hope this helps!
