 
SPAM NOTICE
We have been notified by the postmasters and service providers of
numerous domains that several spammers have been forging our email addresses to send
illegal spam messages. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused to any of our
customers. Unfortunately, there is no technical method that can be used to stop this identity theft and
the government is apparently
either unable or unwilling to prosecute the offenders. Please be assured that
those messages are not coming either from us or with our consent.
We hate SPAM and refuse to participate
in the practice. Please refer to our strict no-spam
policy.
SPAM has reportedly been sent from at least the following
forged email addresses, which are not now, and have never been, valid email addresses from our domain.

dwtheherbdocm [at] theherbdoc.com
btheherbdoce [at] theherbdoc.com
Please contact your state and federal lawmakers and ask them to enforce the
“CAN-SPAM Act of 2003” and to implement
more extensive anti-spam legislation and provide more severe penalties for those who persist in distributing SPAM.
